opened and read aloud.The scope of work consists ofconstructing 3,400 linear feet of asphalt and concrete
roadway with curband gutter, underdrains, storm sewers, traffic signal, pavementmarkings, signage and
miscellaneous appurtenances. Also included is theconstruction of 6,800 feet of 3" and 4" force
main, sanitary sewer pumpstation, 5,260 feet of 12" water main, 12 – 12" gate valves, 14
firehydrant assemblies, and 175 feet of 12" waterline installation bydirectional drilling, and
miscellaneous appurtenances and work items.Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids
for thisproject. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid,at the time of award, and
through the life of the construction contract.For work types that ODOT does not pre-qualify, the LPA must
stillselect a qualified contractor. Subcontractors are not subject to thepre-qualification requirement. The
"prime" contractor must perform no less than 30 percent of the total original contract price. The
