Notice of Hearing An Application has been filed with the Lake Township Zoning Commission by Michelle Scaggs on July 16, 2013. The Lake Township Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing on this proposed amendment on August 21, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., Lake Township Administration Building, 27975 Cummings Road, Millbury, Ohio 43447. The proposed amendment seeks to amend the present zoning of property located at 4425 Walbridge Road, Northwood, Ohio 43619 or lots 3,4,5,6, & 7, Noble's Addition or generally described as being property located at the northwesterly corner of the intersection of Mathews Road and Woodville Road, from B-1 neighborhood business to B-3 highway business. The following is a list of the names of the owners and the address of the properties proposed to be rezoned as they appear on the Wood County Auditor's current tax list: Name of owner: Michelle Scaggs Address of property: 4425 Walbridge Road, Northwood, Ohio 43619 The request consists of five (5) parcels, with the Wood County Auditors parcel numbers: H28-712020307022000 through H28-712-020307026000. The application proposing the amendment will be available for examination for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to August 21, 2013, the date of the public hearing on the matter, at Lake Township Administration Building, 27975 Cummings Road, Millbury, Ohio 43447, Monday through Friday. 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. At the conclusion of the Lake Township Zoning Commission hearing, the matter including the Commission's recommendation will be submitted to the Lake Township Trustees for their action.
