VILLAGE OF TONTOGANY Ordinance #841-13 was passed by emergency measure on August 5, 2013. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 6:00pm in the Township Meeting Hall, 26609 Lime City Road, Perrysburg, Ohio to consider the following request for zoning variance. Application No. Z2013-7158 (area variance) Perry Retail Associates, LLC of 27100 Oakmead Drive (P60-400-026104003000) have requested to install a 2'9” x 14'1” (38.73 sq. ft.) electronic message center.
