to foreclose the lien of plaintiff’s mortgage recorded upon the
following described real estate to wit:

Complaint was filed in the matter of The Huntington National Bank v.
Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns of Kevin K. Marshall, et
al., Case No. 2014CV0307 in the Court of Common Pleas Wood County, Wood
County Court House, P.O. Box 829, 1 Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, OH
43402, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Heirs, Devisees,
Legatees and Assigns of Kevin K. Marshall
have or claim to have an interest in the real
estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Montgomery, in the County of Wood, and in
the State of Ohio:
Lot Number Seven (7) in Section Number Twenty-Nine
(29), Town Four (4) North, of Range Twelve (12) East, said lot
containing Five (5) and Sixty-One hundredths (61/100) acres of land in

Northwest corner of the South half (½) of Section 29 East of
McCutchenville Road.
