The object of that civil action is to forfeit certain
property, namely: $32,400.00 in U.S. Currency.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLATTING
AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
Section 711.10, O.R.C. Pursuant
to O.R.C. 711.10 the Wood County Commissioners on the
recommendation of the Wood County Planning Commission intend to adopt
new Subdivision Rules and Regulations. When adopted, these regulations
will be applicable to all of the unincorporated areas of Wood County,
Ohio.
These new regulations will replace the current version of the
Wood County Subdivision Rules and Regulations which became effective on
October 1, 1989 as well as an amendment to said regulations that became
effective on April 5, 2005.
The Wood County Commissioners will hold a
public hearing to adopt said regulations on August 5, 2014 at 9:30 AM in
the Wood County Commissioner’s Office, Fifth Floor of the County Office
Building in Bowling Green.
Said regulations may be examined and
reviewed prior to the August 5, 2014 hearing by visiting the Office of
the Wood County Planning Commission, Fifth Floor, County Office Building
in Bowling Green, M-F between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. BY ORDER
