the City of Waterville.The bid shall be accompaniedby a certified or cashier’s check or a bid bond in the
amount of TenPercent (10 %) of the total bid amount payable to the City of Watervilleas a guarantee that, if
the bid is accepted, a contract will be enteredinto between the successful bidder and the City. Bids
