by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement,
the conditions of

have been broken and the same has
become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be
required to answer and assert interest in said real property or be
forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of
said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of real property and
that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received at
the office of the Middleton Township Trustees (located at 114 Sugar
Street in Haskins, OH) until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, for
furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for Road Improvements on Five
Point Road (between Hull Prairie Road and St. Rt. 65) in Middleton Township, Wood County,
Ohio.
At said time and place, all bid proposals shall be publicly opened
and read aloud.
The Notice to Bidders and all contract documents,
bid sheets, plans, and specifications are available on the township web
site:

Contractors must
email the Fiscal Officer (middletonclerk@mi dohio.twcbc.com) when bid
documents are retrieved via the website, in the event that any updates
need provided.
In addition, all contract documents are available for
pick up and/or review by calling 419-823-1480 to set an appointment.
All waste materials generated from this project must be taken to the
Wood County Landfill for disposal.
Each bidder is required to furnish
with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with
O.R.C. §153.54.
Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by
a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to
provide said surety.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the
party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested
therein.
Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on
projects of similar size and complexity.
All contractors and
subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent
practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the
implementation of their project.
Additionally, contractor compliance
with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio
Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972,
and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
Bidders must
comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wood
County as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and
Hour Division.
The Middleton Township Trustees may reject any or all
of the bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason.
The
failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any
right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against
Middleton Township.
The Middleton Township Trustees reserve the right
to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid that do not affect or
destroy competitive bidding.
In no case will an award be made until
all necessary investigations are made as to the qualifications of the
bidder to whom it is proposed to award the contract.
