the Wood County Auditors website and is not guaranteed.
Bids must be
received in the Office of the Village of Clerk by 7:00 pm, must include
bidder’s phone, address and e-mail contact information and a certified
check for $100.00 to
apply on the purchase price.
Bids will be read
at the regular Village Council meeting on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at
7:00 pm
On Acceptance of the bid by Village Council, the $100 deposit
is non-refundable. Successful bidder will sign a purchase contract
prepared by the Village and
will
increase its down payment to 10% of
the purchase price, within 7 days of notice of bid acceptance.
