All contractors and
subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable
use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation
of their project.
Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal

The object of the complaint is to foreclose
the lien for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest
against real estate located at 0 Euler Road, Plain Township, Bowling
Green,
Wood County, Ohio
Being a parcel of land situated in the
southwest ¼ of section 28, town 5 north, range 10 east, Plain Township,
Wood County, State of Ohio and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing for the same at a boat spike found marking the
interior ¼ post of said section 28, said corner also being on the
centerline of Euler Road;
Thence S-89 deg 50 min 30 sec-W along the
centerline of said Euler Road, being the north line of the southwest ¼
of said section 28 a distance of 175.00 feet to a P.K. nail set marking
the point of beginning;
Thence S-01 deg 01 min 33 sec-E parallel to the
east line of the southwest ¼ of said section 28 a distance of 345.48
feet to the center of a ditch, passing at 20.00 feet a 5/8” iron pin set
and passing at 333.00 feet a 5/8” iron pin set;
Thence N-79 deg 13 min
02 sec-W along the center of said ditch a distance of 57.80 feet to an
angle point;
Thence N-80 deg 59 min 46 sec-W along the center of said
ditch a distance 98.40 feet to an angle point;
Thence N-82 deg 30 min
53 sec-W along the center of said ditch a distance of 31.85 feet to an
angle point;
Thence N-01 deg 01 min 33 sec-W parallel to the east line
of the southwest ¼ of said section 28 a distance of 314.60 feet to a
P.K. nail set on the centerline of said Euler Road, passing at 11.60
feet a 5/8” iron pin set and passing at 294.60 feet a 5/8” iron pin set;
Thence N-89 deg 50 min 30 sec-E along the centerline of said Euler
road a distance of 185.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel
containing in all 1.3973 acres of land more or less subject however to
easements and all legal highways. (no established right of way)
The
reference bearing being the north line of the southwest ¼ of said
section 28. The bearings referred to herein are based upon an assumed
meridian and are used only for purpose of angular measurement. The above
described is based on a field survey performed by Poggemeyer Design
Group, Inc. April 15, 1998.

required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after

required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will
be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
