NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the
Municipal Administrator, 25 North Second Street, City of Waterville, OH

Street), two full-depth pavement patches, construction of curb ramps;

The Contract Documents including the construction
plans, proposal form and specifications, are on file at the office of
Proudfoot Associates, Inc., 2005 Michael Owens Way, Perrysburg, OH

and may be obtained during normal business hours upon non-refundable
payment of $50.00.
The Contract Documents will also be on file in the
Builders Exchange of Toledo, 5555 Airport Highway, Suite 140, Toledo, OH

Bids for the said project must be signed and enclosed in a
sealed envelope addressed to the Administrator of the City of Waterville
and marked 2014 Paving Program.
Each bid must be
accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier’s check
payable to the City in the amount of ten (10%) of the bid as a guarantee
that if the work is awarded to the bidder, he will, within fifteen (15)
days of the date of such award enter into a proper and acceptable
contract, otherwise, said amount accompanying his bid will be forfeited
to the City of Waterville, Ohio, as liquidation damages.

received after the scheduled Bid opening date and time, or not
accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or check, will neither be read
nor considered.
Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates on
Public Improvements in Lucas County, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of
