The object of the complaint is to foreclose
the lien for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest
against real estate located at 519 Main Street, Risingsun, Wood County,
Ohio
Parcel 1: Situated in the Village of Risingsun, County of
Wood and State of Ohio, and more particularly described as follows:
Known as Inlot number one hundred eighty (180).

The following described parcel of land known as
twenty (20) feet, more or less, off the entire North end of Lot number
one hundred ten (110) of John Marvin Plat of Risingsun, Ohio. This deed
shall be held to convey all that portion of said lot lying north of the
north line of the alley running east from said Lot number one hundred
ten (110) and between Lot number one hundred nine (109) and one hundred
five (105) and only that portion of said Lot number one hundred ten
(110) lying north of the north line of said alley, the same being
situated in the
Village of
Risingsun, Wood County, Ohio.

In case of your failure to answer or
otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure,
judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded

REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m.
(local time), Tuesday,
June 24, 2014, and then publicly opened and read in the Terminal of the
Wood County Regional Airport, 1261 E Poe Rd, Bowling Green, OH 43402 for
furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work
necessary for the project REHABILITATE TAXIWAY.
Work items include
site work, drainage improvements, and asphalt pavement rehabilitation.
Copies of the Contract Bid Documents including Project Drawings and
Technical Specifications will be on file beginning June 4, 2014 and may
be inspected at:
Wood County Regional Airport, 1261 E Poe Rd, Bowling
Green, Ohio 43402, and
Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., 8101 N
High St, Suite 150, Columbus Ohio, 43235.
A complete set of Bid
Documents may be obtained from the above addresses for a non-refundable
fee of $40.00 per bound set made payable to Crawford, Murphy &
Tilly, Inc., with additional costs for mailing. Contact CMT at

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held
Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Airport Terminal Building.
Site visits may be coordinated with Mr. Mark Black, Airport Manager, at

of Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of
ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be
by certified check or bid bond made payable to Wood County Regional
Airport Authority.
Bids may be held by the Wood County Regional
Airport Authority for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of
the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of
contract.
The right is reserved, as the Airport Authority may require,
to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity
in the bids received.
This project is subject to the requirements of
the Davis-Bacon Act as amended. The Contractor is required to comply
with wage and labor provisions and to pay minimum wages in accordance
with the schedule of wage rates established by the US Department of
Labor.
Award of contract is also subject to the following Federal
provisions: Equal Employment Opportunity and Goals for Minority and
Female Participation – Executive Order 11246 and 41 CFR Part 60.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation – 49 CFR Part 26.
Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities – 41 CFR Part 60. Debarment,
Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion – 49 CFR Part 29.
Foreign Trade Restriction – 49 CFR Part 30. Buy American Preferences –
Aviation Safety and Capacity Act of 1990.
