When the date of any meeting falls on a legal holiday or an election day. Council shall meet on the following day at the same hour. ORDINANCE NO. 8245 Passed June 3, 2013 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN EXPANSION OF THE WOOD COUNTY WATER SERVICE AREA AND A 100,000 GALLON PER DAY INCREASE IN WHOLESALE WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT CAPACITY WITH THE NORTHWESTERN WATER & SEWER DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, COUNTY OF WOOD, AND STATE OF OHIO SECTION 1: That an expansion of the Wood County Water Service Area is hereby authorized in accordance with the exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 2:That the Utilities Director is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the Wholesale Water Supply Contract with the Northwestern Water & Sewer District to increase supply by 100,000 gallons per day in accordance with the exhibits attached hererto and made a part hereof.
