The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien for
delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest against real
estate located at 0 Fremont Pike, Perrysburg Township, Wood County, Ohio
A parcel of land in Road Tract 7, Town 4, United States Reserve,
Perrysburg Township, Wood County, Ohio, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 434.20 feet southeasterly
from the NW corner of Road Tract 7, Town 4, USR, Perrysburg Township,
Wood County, Ohio, on the Southerly boundary of
U.S. Route 20, being
the NE corner of the Clemens property (Vol. 524, Page 380); thence
Southeasterly along said southerly boundary a distance of 113.2 feet to a
point; thence Southerly parallel to the west line of said Road Tract 7 a
distance of 892 feet to a point; thence Westerly a distance of 190 feet
at right angles to the East line of the Agnes C. Bayer property (Vol.
533, Page 716); thence Northerly along said boundary line of Bayer a
distance of 535 feet to the south boundary of William C.
Clemens (Vol.
524, Page 380); thence easterly along the south boundary of Clemens a
distance of 90 feet to a point; being the southeast corner of said
Clemens property thence Northerly along the easterly line of Clemens to
the place of beginning.

prayer is to foreclose all interest owned by you and for costs.

ORDINANCE

2014 ORDINANCE
CERTIFYING UNPAID COST OF SNOW REMOVAL TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR
PLACEMENT ON THE TAX DUPLICATE WHEREAS,
the Charter of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, and Ohio
Revised
Code Section 701.05 grants assessment authority; and
WHEREAS,
the Codified Ordinances requires property owners to clear snow
on
premises within 24 hours after the abatement of any storm during
which such snow and ice may have accumulated; and
WHEREAS,
the
Public Works Director, for two weeks prior to January 1 of each
year,
published this determination in the newspaper of local
circulation to
notify property owners to regularly clean and keep
all sidewalks
abutting their premises free and clear of snow and ice
within 24 hours
after the abatement of any storm during which such
snow and ice may
have accumulated during the ensuing months of the
year. Should any such
snow and ice be found within the city, the
Public Works Director may
cause these sidewalks to be cleaned at the
expense of the city;
WHEREAS,
certain property owners failed to clear the snow within the
required
time requiring the City to remove the same at the cost of the
City;
and
WHEREAS,
the property owners upon demand have refused
to reimburse the City
of Bowling Green for the cost of such services;
WHEREAS,
the Finance Director has certified such cost to the Council
for
certification to the Wood County Auditor to place on the tax
duplicate.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOWLING
GREEN, WOOD COUNTY, OHIO:
SECTION
1: That the amounts
be certified to the Wood
County Auditor for the
parcels represented on
the exhibit attached hereto and made a part
hereof and be placed on
the tax duplicate for the year 2014.
SECTION
2: The Finance Director
is hereby directed to send a certified copy
of this ordinance to the
Wood County Auditor so that such sums can
be placed on said tax
duplicate.
SECTION
3: This ordinance shall take
effect at the
earliest time permitted by law.

ORDINANCE
NO. 8331 Passed

2014 ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL 2379, AND DECLARING
AN
EMERGENCY WHEREAS,
representatives of the City of Bowling Green
and representatives of
the International Association of Firefighters,
Local 2379, have
negotiated a contract, and
WHEREAS,
the
International Association of Firefighters, Local 2379, has
ratified
said contract.
NOW
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOWLING
GREEN, WOOD COUNTY, OHIO:
SECTION
1: The Municipal
Administrator is hereby authorized to sign and
enter into a contract
with the International Association of
Firefights, Local 2379, said
contract being on file in the Personnel
Department of the City of
Bowling Green, Ohio.
SECTION
2: This ordinance shall take effect as
an emergency measure. The
reason
for the emergency is that the prompt
implementation of said
contract is necessary
in order to maintain
continuity with the
International Association of Firefighters, Local
2379, and in that
manner protect the public health, safety, and welfare
of our
citizens.
