Additional products, equipment, and services may be accepted as approved Substitutions only by written Addendum. From time to time, the Commission issues new editions of the "State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction" and may issue interim changes. Bidders must submit Bids that comply with the version of the Standard Requirements included in the Contract Documents. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. This Project is subject to the State of Ohio's Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity ("EDGE") Business Development Program. A Bidder is required to submit with its Bid and with its Bidder's Qualifications form, certain information about the certified EDGE Business Enterprise(s) participating on the Project with the Bidder. ORDINANCE NO. 8243 Passed May 6, 2013 ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING THE 2013 S-5 SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the fourth supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the recodification of the City's Code of Ordinances; and WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make reference to sections of the Ohio Revised Code; and WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council of the Cit of Bowling Green, Ohio to accept these update sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Ohio; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide for the usual daily operation of the municipality and for the immediate preservation of the public peace. Health, safety and general welfare of the municipality that this ordinance take effect at an early date.
