Juvenile Procedure
Courtney Naegele, mother, and Matthew Naegele,
father, of S.N., R.N., and T.N., dependent children, will take notice
that a Motion for Permanent Custody has been filed with the Wood County,
Ohio, Juvenile Court in case numbers 2013 JC 0167, 2013 JC 0168, and
2013 JC 0169. This motion is set for hearing on July 22, 2014, at 8:30
a.m., at the Wood County Juvenile Court, 1032 South Dunbridge Road,
Bowling Green, Ohio. Courtney Naegele and Matthew Naegele, last known
address: 612 Fuller Dr. Apt B, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, are ordered to
appear before the Wood County Juvenile Court on said date and show
cause why the complainant’s prayer should not be granted.
You are
hereby notified that any party is entitled to a lawyer in all
proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and
meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request. If
you wish to have a lawyer but believe you cannot afford one, call Hannah
