set on the Northwesterly

aforesaid line thirty-one and seventeen (31.17) feet to a monument found
on the centerline of said Union Hill Road;

hundred seventy-five and zero hundredths (175.00) feet to a map nail
set;
Thence North 0 degrees 10 minutes, 42 seconds East, thirty-one and
seventeen hundredths (31.17) feet to a survey point set on the
Northerly right of way line of said Union Hill Road;

degrees, 10 minutes, 42 seconds East, two hundred eighty-three and
thirty-three hundredths (283.33) feet to a survey point set;

South 89 degrees, 49 minutes, 18 seconds East, one hundred sixty-eight
and forty-three hundredths (168.43) feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 1.124 acres of land, more or less, of which 0.121 acres of
land is Union Hill Road Right of Way, for net of 1.003 acres of land,
more or less. Subject to all legal highways, easements, zoning
regulations or restrictions or record.
This description is based on a
field survey by Douglas W. Eis, registered surveyor No. 7758 of D.W.Eis
Surveying, 16-883 S.R. 281 Holgate, Ohio 43527 on August 22, 2006 and
contains 1.124 acres.
Subject to Zoning ordinances, easements and
