PUBLICATION OF NOTICE Rule 16, Ohio Rules of Juvenile Procedure Stephanie Franks, mother of Rilee Ray, minor child, will take notice that a Motion to Modify Child Support has been filed in the Wood County, Ohio, Juvenile Court, case no. 2011 JF 0514, that said motion will be for hearing before said Court in Bowling Green, Wood County, Ohio, on May 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at the Wood County Juvenile Court, 1032 South Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, Ohio; and Stephanie Franks, last known whereabouts in North Baltimore, Ohio, is Ordered to appear before the Wood County Juvenile Court on said date and show cause why the complaint's prayer should not be granted. You are notified that any party may retain counsel for these Juvenile Court proceedings. INVITATION FOR BIDS Residential Refuse and Recycling Sealed bids will be accepted by the Municipal Administrator, 25 North Second Street, City of Waterville, Ohio, 43566 until 2:00 pm E.D.T., April 16, 2013 for a contract to provide the collection of refuse and recyclables from residences and to provide waste hoppers and roll off boxes at various municipal facilities. The contract will be for services including weekly collection and disposal of residential refuse from approximately 2,036 locations in accordance with the City of Waterville Rules and Regulations for Refuse Collection. Specifications are on file at the office of the office of the Municipal Administrator located at 25 North Second Street, and can be picked up from same at no charge. Each bid must contain the full name and address of the bidder and the amount of compensation for which it will contract with the City of Waterville and its residents to perform said services. The bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid amount for Year One, payable to the City of Waterville as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into between the successful bidder and the City. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time or not accompanied by a satisfactory check or bid bond will neither be read or considered. Bids should be submitted on the appropriate bid form. Each bid shall be signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “REFUSE AND RECYCLING BID” and addressed to the Municipal Administrator, City of Waterville. Bidders shall submit with their Bid the affidavit required under Ohio Revised Code Section 5719.042 that the bidder was not charged with any delinquent personal property taxes in Lucas County, Ohio. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond, Certificates of Insurance, and Affidavit for compliance with ORC Section 3517.13 prior to contract execution. The City of Waterville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid that is deemed to be in the most favorable to the City. INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids for the Supplying and Cleaning of Uniforms, will be received by the City of Bowling Green, Ohio at the office of the Municipal Administrator, 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green until 2:00 P.M. EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME WESNSDAY, APRIL 17, 2013 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. Detailed specifications for the above are on file at the office of the Municipal Administrator in the City Administrative Services Building 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio, and copies thereof are available for all interested parties. All bids must be signed and submitted on the Bid Form which is part of the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked – SEALED BID FOR SUPPLYING AND CLEANING OF UNIFORMS—and addressed to the Municipal Administrator. Each bid must contain the name of every interested person, firm, or corporation, and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check on a solvent bank in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to the City of Bowling Green, to guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Bids not accompanied by a certified check or bond in the amount stated above, or received after the above time and date, will neither be read nor considered. The successful bidder will be required to submit an affidavit to the Finance Director that he or she has no delinquent personal property taxes charges against him or her on the general tax list of personal property in Wood County, Ohio, at the time this bid was submitted. The City of Bowling Green, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid, and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
