Sealed bids will be accepted by the Municipal Administrator, 25 NorthSecond
Street, City of Waterville, Ohio, 43566 until 2:00 pm E.D.T.,April 16, 2013 for a contract to provide
the collection of refuse andrecyclables from residences and to provide waste hoppers and roll offboxes
at various municipal facilities.The contract will be forservices including weekly collection and
disposal of residential refusefrom approximately 2,036 locations in accordance with the City
ofWaterville Rules and Regulations for Refuse Collection. Specificationsare on file at the office of the
office of the Municipal Administratorlocated at 25 North Second Street, and can be picked up from same
at nocharge. Each bid must contain the full name and address of the bidderand the amount of compensation
for which it will contract with the Cityof Waterville and its residents to perform said services.The bid
shallbe accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or a bid bond in theamount of Ten Percent (10%) of
the total bid amount for Year One,payable to the City of Waterville as a guarantee that, if the bid
isaccepted, a contract will be entered into between the successful bidderand the City. Bids received
after the scheduled bid opening date andtime or not accompanied by a satisfactory check or bid bond will
neitherbe read or considered.Bids should be submitted on the appropriate bidform.Each bid shall be
signed and enclosed in a sealed envelopemarked “REFUSE AND RECYCLING BID” and addressed to the
MunicipalAdministrator, City of Waterville. Bidders shall submit with their Bidthe affidavit required
