2” asphalt in two layers using #448 type 1 surface course.

at State St from S. Main St. to alley behind the Marathon
(approximately 29′ x 180′) and then continue from the alley, east to the
grain elevator (approximately 25′ x 385′). Mill two (2) sections
approximately 90 sq. yds. · Provide labor, equipment and materials

The Village is responsible for
cleaning and sweeping of all streets.
All bids shall be signed and
submitted on the Proposal Forms, which are provided in the
specifications.
Bid blanks shall not be removed from the
specifications.
Bids shall state the unit price on the blanks provided
therefore, and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked with
the name of the bidder and project bid name, must contain the name of
each and every company interested in the enclosed sealed bid; and be
accompanied by a properly executed Non-Collusion Affidavit.
Successful
bidders will be required to file an Affidavit with the Finance Officer
of the Village of North Baltimore, Ohio, attesting that the contractor
owes no delinquent property taxes in Wood County, State of Ohio.
A
Bidding Bond, Certified or Cashier’s Check on a solvent bank payable to
the Village of North Baltimore, Ohio in the amount of ten percent (10%)
of the bid; shall be submitted with each proposal, as a guarantee that a
contract will be entered into if the proposal is accepted.
Bonds and
checks of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within ten (10) days
after the entering into a contract between the Village and the
successful bidder.
The Contractor shall be required to pay not less
than the prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Bureau of
Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. Bid documents and proposal

COURT WOOD COUNTY, OHIO Notice of foreclosure
of liens for delinquent land taxes, by action in
rem by County Treasurer of Wood County, Ohio. Public notice is hereby
given that on the 24th day of February, 2014 the County Treasurer of

improvement activities: The project involves the replacement of
deteriorated sewers in the Ampoint Industrial Park to reduce
wet
weather infiltration and inflow (I/I). Ampoint is in NWWSD’s Sanitary
Sewer Area #100 (SSA #100), which drains to the City of Toledo’s
wastewater system for treatment. Excessive I/I from
Ampoint and other
parts of SSA #100 contribute to combined sewer overflows (CSOs) from
Toledo’s system. Toledo is under a federal consent decree to reduce its
CSOs.

improvement activities: The proposed project will be located within the
City of Rossford, Wood County, Ohio. The project will involve
installation of sanitary sewer along Hillside Drive from Colony Road
west to Hillside Drive’s dead end. The proposed project will add
approximately 960 lineal feet of 8” sanitary sewer and 140 LF of 10”
sanitary sewer. The project will also involve sanitary manholes, twenty
three 6” service reconnections, and restoration.

was passed on 3/17/14 to establish the 2014 Permanent Appropriations.
Emergency Resolution #2014-1 was passed on 3/17/14 to authorize the
Village’s FY2014 CDBG
application for the demolition of the old water plant building.
