its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Wood County, Ohio in Case No
2014cv0020, on the docket of the Court,
and the object and demand for
relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiffs mortgage
recorded upon the following described real estate to wit:

Address: 110 Tyler Drive, Walbridge, OH 43465 recorded in Mortgage Book
2444, page 364, of this County Recorder’s Office.
The above named
defendants is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after
last publication, which shall be published one a week for three
consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given

that sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M., EST, on the
18th day of March, 2014, by the Wood County Department of Job and Family
Services as Administrative Agent for Wood County Family and Children
First Council, at its office at 1928 East Gypsy Lane Road, and
immediately opened thereafter.
Such Proposals as herein concerned
shall be for the following as described:
The Wood County Department of
Job and Family Services as Administrative Agent for the Wood County
Family and Children First Council are requesting proposals for the
delivery of services for the Help Me Grow Program.
All proposals
shall be sealed and plainly marked:
“HELP ME GROW”.

County Family and Children First Council may reject any or all of the
proposals.
The Wood County Department of Job and Family Services as

reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the form of the
proposal that do not affect or destroy the proposal process.
In no case
will an award be made until all necessary investigations are made as to
the qualifications of the bidder to whom it is proposed to award the
