Water Meter Reading Services Sealed bids will be
accepted by the Municipal Administrator, 25 NorthSecond Street, Waterville, Ohio, 43566 until 2:00 pm local
time, March13, 2013 for a contract for the bi-monthly reading of customer watermeters of the City of
Waterville water/sewer system. Specifications areon file at the office of the office of the Municipal
Administratorlocated at 25 North Second Street, and can be picked up from same at nocharge. Each bid must
contain the full name and address of the bidderand the amount of compensation for which it will contract
with the Cityof Waterville and its residents to perform said services. The bid shallbe accompanied by a
certified or cashier’s check or a bid bond in theamount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid amount for
Year One,payable to the City of Waterville as a guarantee that, if the bid isaccepted, a contract will be
enteredinto between the successful bidderand the City. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date
