AND THE WOOD COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS,the Wood County Commissioners, pursuant to Ohio Statute,created theWood County Regional Airport
Authority, and,WHEREAS,the Wood County Regional Airport Authority, pursuant to special actofthe Ohio
Legislature, entered into a lease with Bowling GreenStateUniversity under the terms of which Bowling Green
StateUniversityAirport and additional lands were leased to the AirportAuthority foroperation of a public
airport to serve the City ofBowling Green andWood County generally, and,WHEREAS,the airport is located
partlywithin andpartly without the corporate limits of theCity of BowlingGreen, and is convenient to and
provides services tothe citizens ofBowling Green and the citizens of Wood County, and,WHEREAS,thisCouncil
has previously, by appropriate resolution, supportedthedevelopment and improvement of Wood County Airport,
and,WHEREAS,the successful development, improvement, and operation of WoodCountyAirport has required, and
requires in the future, thecooperation ofBowling Green State University, the Commissioners ofWood County,
andthe City of Bowling Green, in sharing the economiccosts of theproject, and,WHEREAS,Wood County has agreed
to pay a portion ofthe operating andmaintenance costs of the airport, and,WHEREAS,the City Council on the
7th day of October, 1974, passedOrdinance 3199, authorizing an agreement between the

Authorityentered into a contract on October 16,1974, under the terms ofwhich the City agreed to pay a

hereby determined by this Council that the operation,maintenanceand improvement of Wood County Airport is in

RegionalAirport Authority for calendar year 2013 underthe terms of which theCity of Bowling Green agrees to

Legislature, entered into a lease with Bowling GreenStateUniversity under the terms of which Bowling Green
StateUniversityAirport and additional lands were leased to the AirportAuthority foroperation of a public
airport to serve the City ofBowling Green andWood County generally, and,WHEREAS,the airport is located
partlywithin andpartly without the corporate limits of theCity of BowlingGreen, and is convenient to and
provides services tothe citizens ofBowling Green and the citizens of Wood County, and,WHEREAS,thisCouncil
has previously, by appropriate resolution, supportedthedevelopment and improvement of Wood County Airport,
and,WHEREAS,the successful development, improvement, and operation of WoodCountyAirport has required, and

(A)Eligibility for police tow list.(6)Tow companies mustmaintain their business
operation, includingtheir tow lot, within fivemiles of the City’s corporate

(B)Tow charge rates.(1)The following pricing schedulerepresents maximum allowable chargesand shall not be
exceeded onregular police tows:(a)Police tows – $95.00(b)If wreckershows up but does not tow –
