AND SEWER DISTRICT will be received by the Northwestern Water
and Sewer District, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 until 10:00 a.m. (Local
Time) Tuesday, March 12, 2013 and
at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. Thescope of work consists of various water
distribution system upgradeswithin the City of Rossford. Included in this project are seven (7)individual
waterline projects within the city which include a total ofapproximately 3,380 lineal feet of 12”, 1,640
lineal feet of 10”, and2,150 lineal feet of 6” water main as well as 183 meter pits andapproximately 5,600
lineal feet of 1” servicelines, hydrants, gatevalves, and general restoration, including asphalt, curb, and
sidewalks.The contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on fileat the office of the
Northwestern Water and Sewer District and theEngineer — Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc. (PDG). A set may be
