NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The
Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing
on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 6:00pm in the Township Meeting Hall,
26609 Lime City Road, Perrysburg, Ohio to consider the following
requests for variance.
Application No. Z2014-0010 (variance) All-Nu Constuction, on behalf of
Thomas Tinney, 26741 Lime
City Road, has requested to reconstruct a 12′ x 20′ (240 SF) attached
accessory structure to an existing single-family dwelling.
The property
is zoned I-2 General Industrial and the residential use is
non-conforming.
Article II, Section B (6)(a) states “No existing
structure devoted to a use not permitted by this resolution in the
district which it is located shall be enlarged, extended, constructed,
reconstructed, moved, or structurally altered except in changing the use
of the structure to a use permitted in the district in which it is
located.”
Applicants are seeking extension of a non-conforming use.
Additionally, the proposed structure would encroach 19′ into the 25′
required side yard setback on the north and 16.6′ into the 60′ required
front yard setback.
Application No. Z2014-0011 (variance) All-Nu Constuction, on behalf of
Thomas Tinney, 26737 Lime
City Road, has requested to construct an 18′ x 20′ (360 SF) detached
accessory structure.
The property is zoned I-2 General Industrial and
the residential use is non-conforming.
The proposed structure would
encroach 5′ into the 10′ required side yard setback on the south.
Additionally, applicants are seeking extension of a non-conforming use.
