Common Pleas, One Court House Square, Bowling Green, OH 43402, being
Case No. 2013CV0595, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum
of $89,311.82, plus interest at 3.50% (variable) per annum from May 10,
2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a
Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property,
which has a street address of 402 Cherry St., Perrysburg, OH 43551,
being permanent parcel number PPN: Q61-000-902307001000 and
Q61-000-902307002000 Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a
default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement,
the conditions of
said Mortgage
have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer
and assert interest in said real property or be forever barred from
asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage,
marshalling of liens, and the sale of real property and that the
proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said Defendants are

WHEREAS,
a petition for annexation of certain territory in Plain
Township
was duly filed by the owners thereof, and
WHEREAS,
the
petition was duly considered by the Board of County Commissions
of Wood
County, and

the Board of County Commissioners has approved
the annexation to the
City of Bowling Green; and
WHEREAS,
the
Board of County Commissioners certified the transcript of

in connection with the annexation with a map and
