Take notice that this is a Complaint
for Divorce in which Plaintiff seeks both permanent and temporary
custody of the minor children of the parties, an equitable division of
marital property and debts, child support, medical coverage for the
minor children. Plaintiff alleges gross neglect of duty and extreme
cruelty, as well as that the parties are incompatible. Plaintiff further
notifies Defendant that she is required to Answer within 28 days after
publication has been completed. An Answer must be filed by February 27,
2014 after which a date for a final hearing will be set.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED Bids for the furnishing of the necessary materials
and construction of the: Middleton Township Administration
Building
21739 N. Dixie Highway Bowling Green,
Ohio
Bids will be received by the Middleton Township Trustees at the
offices of the Architect, Poggemeyer Design Group, 1168 North Main
Street, Bowling Green, Ohio until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January22, 2014,
and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work will consist of new construction of a 3400 SF cold formed,
steel framed, one-story story administration building.
The estimate of
probable cost for this project is $550,000.00.
Bidders shall not be
responsible for paying sales taxes on materials incorporated into the
structure.
The contract documents, including plans and specifications,
are on file at the office of the Architect/Engineer; Poggemeyer Design
Group, Inc., 1168 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio. Bidding
documents may be obtained for the cost of $50.00 at the office of Becker
Impressions, Inc., 4646 Angola Road, Toledo, Ohio 43615-6407,

All bids must be signed and submitted on copies or originals of the
blanks which are bound in the contract documents.
Bids must state the
prices in the blanks provided and be enclosed in a sealed envelope
marked – Middleton Township Administration Building – and addressed to
the Middleton Township Trustees, c/o Poggemeyer Design Group, 1168 N.

The bid guaranty may be of two
forms:
1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the
Contract Documents.
(The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on
this form.)
2. A certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit
in favor of the Middleton Township, in the amount of ten percent (10%)
of the bid.
If the contract is awarded a Contract Bond will be
required, which is a one hundred percent (100%) payment and performance
bond.
Bidders shall submit with their bid the affidavit required under
the Ohio Revised Code, Section 5719.042 that the bidder was not charged
with any delinquent personal property taxes in Wood County, Ohio.
The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum
wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the
State of Ohio in accordance with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage
Act of the State of Ohio, ORC Sections 4115.03 and 4115.16 and related
requirements.
Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and
time, or not accompanied by a satisfactory bid bond or check, will
neither be read nor considered.
The Owner reserves the right to reject
any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to
determine the lowest and best bidder.
In no case will an award be made
until all necessary investigations are made as to the qualifications of
the bidder to whom it is proposed to award the contract.
No bidder may
withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the
City of Bowling Green, Ohio, has scheduled a Public Hearing to consider
an ordinance establishing interim zoning of B-2 General Commercial for
the property located at the northwest corner of North Main Street and
Newton Road and recently annexed to the City. The hearings will be held
on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City
Administrative Services Building, 304 North Church Street, Bowling
Green, Ohio. All citizens are invited to attend and will be heard by
