A Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Fraternal Order of Police lodge at the Wood County Fairgrounds, 13800 W. Poe Road in Bowling Green.
The $50 tournaments with rebuys are a fundraiser sponsored by LMARIES Laundromat with all proceeds benefiting the Wood County Humane Society.
The tournaments will be at noon and 5 p.m. each day with cash tables open at 11 a.m.
Food and drink will be available. Participants must be at least 18 and have valid ID.
"This will be our third tournament.  Through the continued support of LMARIES, the Wood County Humane Society has already been able to purchase a commercial sized dryer and we are working toward the washer to accommodate the massive amounts of laundry generated while taking care of the animals at the shelter," said Aimee Smith, vice president  for administration board member.
