Good Samaritan: For outstanding service to another human being, such as aiding persons in an auto accident or giving CPR to a heart attack victim.
Beyond the Call of Duty: For an individual (such as a firefighter, police officer, EMT or health care professional) who goes beyond his or her professional responsibility to provide extra ordinary measures in coming to a person's aid.
Life Risk: For risking one's own life for the benfit of another or others.
Service to Others: For outstanding service to another human being.
