The announcement was made Saturday at the 49th annual Wood County Board of Realtors dinner at the Stone Ridge Golf Club. A Realtor for 13 years, King has been active with the Wood County Board of Realtors, having served as president of the board, a former director and as a member of a half dozen board committees. She has also been active as a member of the Toledo Board of Realtors. Her community involvement includes the American Cancer Society planning committee and life team captain, Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, Bowling Green Leadership Class, Bowling Green delegate committee, golf outing volunteer, Bowling Green High School PTO officer from 2009 to 2011, Bowling Green Boys Soccer Club treasurer and Bowling Green Middle School PTO officer. King also has been a trustee for First United Methodist Church of Bowling Green. She and her husband, Dean, have one son, a daughter and a granddaughter. |
