He is a lifelong resident of Bowing Green, graduating from Bowling Green High School and Bowling Green State University. He also spent four years in the Navy. Dunn began his real estate career selling condominiums for a local developer. He decided to become a Realtor after retiring from BGHS where he had taught English and was in administration for 30 years. He enjoys selling all types of homes and thoroughly enjoys working with buyers to help them find the home of their dreams. Working with people and helping them find the home of their choice is something he finds exciting and challenging. He often counsels sellers that it is currently taking longer to sell homes and they need to be patient. "However, it is a great time to purchase a new home with interest rates at a near record low," he said. Dunn also enjoys working with first-time home buyers and helping them to get pre-approved. He is a member of the BGHS Blueliners and has been on the board for many years. He is also a member of the BGSU Falcon Club, the Bowling Green Country Club, Bowling Green Kiwanis and Trinity United Methodist Church. He is a former member of the Elks Club and past president of his condominium’s homeowners association. Dunn is a member of the Wood County Board of Realtors, and serves as director of continuing education,. He is also a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Relators. He was inducted into the Wood County Board of Realtors Hall of Fame in 2011. He enjoys spending time with this family and going to his condo in Port Clinton. |
