Kathy Newlove has been a Realtor with Newlove Realty for 19 years.
She is a member of the Wood County Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
She is a member of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, St. Aloysius Catholic Church and the Wood County Democratic Party. She is past president the Turnberry Homeowners Assoc.
She became a Realtor to mesh all of her interests.
"I  love decorating, architecture and making people happy. I also followed my husband, Tom, into the family business," Newlove said.
Being sensitive to her buyers' needs challenges her.
"Finding the perfect home for the perfect family in the perfect location, to helping with financing and getting them to the closing table in a timely manner are all challenging," she said. " I enjoy selling homes in all price ranges. Everyone's home is their castle, regardless of price."
She was raised in Bowling Green and is the mother of two children, Jason, and Alicia, who is deceased. Newlove founded Alicia's Voice in honor of her. She is grandmother to nine and stepmother to Shareen, Lisa and Amy.
Her hobbies are golfing, reading, traveling and spending time with family. She is president of Alicia’s Voice, past secretary of Wood County Board of Realtors, recipient of a Life Risk Award, member of Women’s Entrepreneurial Networking and recipient of the OAR Presidential Million Dollars Sales Club Award since 1995.
