Eberly is a local chef, full time, but became interested in realty while studying entrepreneurship in college and reading Robert Kiyosaki books. "I want to help others achieve the American dream of home ownership," he said. His favorite home to sell is a "fixer-upper." "They have the vision and excitement to renovate a home, while building sweat equity with their repairs." The realty business takes time and a steady hand, Eberly said. "It's challenging to remain calm and patient with the ever changing rules and regulations in the industry. Managing the paperwork required is incredible," he said. His hobbies include reading, baking and watching movies. He loves being a part of the Bowling Green community and supporting local, small business and entrepreneurs. He is also the treasurer of the Libertarian Party of Wood County. |
