Before deciding to pursue a real estate career, she taught piano for 14 years and stayed at home to raise four children. "I was looking for a career that would help supplement our income," Motsinger said. "Since I've lived in Bowling Green almost my entire life, I have many friends and family in the area and know what this city has to offer. "In addition, I possess the qualities to be successful in real estate, such as a strong work ethic, dependable, committed and trustworthy." Stricter inspection and mortgage lending guidelines are challenges to getting the mortgage process to the closing deadline. "My favorite type of home to sell is single family homes. I enjoy seeing the excitement on the faces of first-time homebuyers, as well as the sense of pride and accomplishment when others step into their dream home." Her hobbies include participating on the worship team and in other activities at Dayspring Assembly of God, watching her children's sporting events, decorating and taking beach vacations. |
