She decided to enter the field to have a full-time career that would be exciting, rewarding and something that she could balance home and work for her family. Martin likes the flexibility that the real estate career has given her. "I really enjoy all buyers and sellers, but the excitement of a first-time homebuyer is really fun to see," she said. Challenges in the business include helping customers with a wide range of interests, and narrowing down their wants and needs to find the perfect home for them. Martin is an Eastwood High School graduate and attended Bowling Green State University. She is well versed in many areas of real estate. "I've done short sales, foreclosures, commercial real estate, leasing, as well as condo sales, mobile home sales and rental options," she said. She is a member of the Toledo Board of Realtors, Wood County Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Martin enjoys cooking, spending time with her children, Jackson, 3, and Avery, 6, and volunteering at Kenwood Elementary. She is a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. |
