Cathy Newlove Wenig has joined her parents, Lydia and John Newlove, in the Hall of Fame for the Wood County Board of Realtors.
Wenig's selection was announced Saturday at the 49th annual Wood County Board of Realtors dinner at Stone Ridge Golf Club.
She has been a Realtor since 1980 and a broker in trust.
Wenig was cited for her years of community involvement, including serving as president of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and being honored by the chamber as its Athena Award recipient.
She also has served as president of the Bowling Green Kiwanis Club and has been on several boards, including com

Her activities also include the Bowling Green Middle School Builders Club, Wood County Farm Bureau and Wood County Hospital Guild.
A Realtor with John Newlove Realty, she has been active over the years with the Wood County Board of Realtors, including working on the board’s picnic held each year for charity.
A graduate of Bowling Green High School, she was a branch manager of Trust Corp, Toledo Trust and a loan officer for State Home Savings before starting her career in real estate.
Wenig and her husband, Gordon, have one son and two daughters.
