The Indian Trace housing development in Bowling Green offers affordable homes.
These three-bedroom, two-bath homes are Energy-Star certified and affordable. They also boast a two-car garage, water-conserving fixtures, and energy-efficient furnaces and air conditioners.
The Indian Trace Development is surrounded by Rudolph Road, Sand Ridge Road and West Gypsy Lane Road, and is easily accessible by from U.S. 6.
Interested buyers must meet income guidelines (and be creditworthy to qualify for a loan. Income eligibility will be determined at the time of the application. A fixed, low-interest bank loan plus a forgivable second mortgage creates an affordable payment for buyers. Potential buyers are encouraged to ask about these easily-determined terms.
