Jayce Vancena recorded a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds as Lake rolled past Fostoria, 60-32 in a Northern Buckeye Conference game.
In other games, it was: Bowling Green 66, Maumee 62; Perrysburg 66, Southview 55; Otsego 41, Elmwood 37; Rossford 74, Eastwood 58; Carey 95, North Baltimore 71; and Maumee Valley 58, Northwood 44.

BOYS
Lake 60, Fostoria 32
In Millbury, Lake held a 42-17 halftime lead on the way to the win. The Flyers are 19-2 overall and 11-2 in the NBC.
In addition to Vancena’s efforts, Jared Rettig scored 12 points and Connor Bowen had 10 points and eight assists.
Adonis Cousin scored 15 points for Fostoria, 2-18, 1-12.

Rossford 74, Eastwood 58
In Luckey, the two teams combined for 84 points in the second half as Rossford recorded the NBC win.
Rossford’s leaders were: Derek Mack, 22 points; Mack Miller, 17 points; and Hector Aguirre, 15 points.
Jake Schmeltz scored 16 points for the Eagles and Grant Peters added 12.
Rossford is 10-11 overall and 8-5 in the NBC and Eastwood is 7-13, 7-6.

Carey 95, North Baltimore 71
In North Baltimore, Justin Meek scored 34 points to lead Carey to the Midland Athletic League win.
Jacob Frost led North Baltimore with 28 points, while Jordan Watson added 12.
The Tigers are 2-18 overall and 2-9 in the MAL.
Carey, which improved to 15-6, 8-2, had three other players in double figures.

Maumee Valley 58,
Northwood 44
In Toledo, Maumee Valley out-scored Northwood 32-19 in the first half on its way to a Toledo Area Athletic Conference win.
Northwood, 5-15 overall, 3-10 in the TAAC, was led by Tyler Williams’ 14 points.

SWIMMING
BOYS
BG’s Burroughs wins twice
Bowling Green’s Peter Burroughs won the 100 breast stroke in a meet-record time of 58.43 at the Division II district swimming meet Friday at BGSU’s Cooper Pool. Burroughs also won the 200 individual medley (1:57.70).
Other top finishers for BG were: Jacob Burk, sixth in the 500 freestyle (4:58.62); Corey Gilbert, seventh in the 500 freestyle (5:03.20); and the 400 freestyle relay team of Burroughs, Trae Gulgin, Gilbert, and Burk, seventh (3:24.08).
Sandusky Perkins scored 225 points in the 10-team district. The Bobcats were seventh with 125.

GIRLS
Decker, Keiser lead Eagles
Alyssa Decker and Hannah Keiser each had two top four finishes in the Division II district swimming meet Friday at BGSU’s Cooper Pool.
Decker was third in the 100 butterfly (1:00.14) and fourth in the 200 individual medley (2:15.25).
Keiser was third in the 200 IM (2:14.85) and fourth in the 500 freestyle (5:28.0).
Sandusky Perkins topped the 10-team field with 322 points. Eastwood was 10th with 88.
