Swanton slipped past Northwood, 5-3 in a nonleague softball game Wednesday.
The Rangers managed only three hits in the game and were hurt by four errors.

Oak Harbor 9, Lake 2
In Oak Harbor, the Rockets scored seven times in the bottom of the fifth inning to secure the nonleague win.
Top hitters for Lake were: Kayla Encalado and Ana Henneman, both 2-for-3 with a double; and Sammy Whiteman, 2-for-3, RBI.
The Flyers are 0-2.

North Baltimore 26, Miller City 12
In Miller City, North Baltimore scored 16 runs in the sixth inning in the nonleague win. The Tigers are 2-1 overall.
Top hitters for NB were: Jasmine Bretz, 4-of-6, double, home run, six RBI; Ricci Emahiser, 4-for-4, home run, five RBI; Hanna Brian, 4-for-6, triple, RBI; Kelsey Gazarek, 3-for-6, two RBI; Haleigh Fleck, 2-for-5, home run, two RBI; and winning pitcher Cheyenne Hernandez, 3-for-5, double, RBI.

Fremont Ross 5, BGHS 2
In Fremont, Ross scored three times in the first inning on the way to the nonleague win Tuesday.
Reagan Morman was 2-for-3 with two RBI for the Bobcats.

Lake 5, North Baltimore 0
In North Baltimore, Lake allowed the Tigers only three hits in the shutout victory Wednesday.
Top hitters for Lake were: Connor Bowen, 2-for-5, double, RBI; Jayce Vancena, triple, RBI; and Nick Walsh, 2-for-2, RBI.
Lake is 1-1 and North Baltimore is 2-2.
