Perrysburg’s girls basketball team remained perfect on the season with a 48-30 win at Toledo Waite on Thursday.
In other non-league girls games, it was: Bowling Green 96, Toledo Scott 38; Lake 56, Fostoria St. Wendelin 54, in overtime; Lima Bath 59, Rossford 27; North Baltimore 67, Vanlue 28; and Hopewell-Loudon 61, Northwood 41.

GIRLS
Perrysburg 48, Waite 30
In Toledo, Perrysburg held Waite to single-digit points in each quarter en route to the victory. The Yellow Jackets are 7-0.
Kelsea Newman and Sarah Baer each scored 14 points to lead Perrysburg. Baer added 12 rebounds, six blocked shots, and four steals, and Newman pulled down eight rebounds.
No player scored more than seven for Waite.

BGHS 96, Scott 38
In Toledo, the Bobcats exploded for 58 points in the first half and went on to post the easy win. BG is 5-2.
BG’s Hayley Williford led all players with 24 points, while Jenna Stoner had 18 and Hanna Williford finished with 11.
Erica Deftder led Scott (0-7) with 19 points.

Lake 56, St. Wendelin 54, OT
At Owens Community College, the Flyers edged St. Wendelin in the back-and-forth non-league match.
Lake is 6-3. St. Wendelin is 3-6.
Hunter Johnson scored 17 points and Alyssa Shaffer scored 16 to lead the Flyers. Jordyn Taylor added 10 points for Lake.
Colleen Fondessy led the Mohawks (3-6) with 24 points.

Lima Bath 59, Rossford 27
In Lima, only three players scored in the game for Rossford in the non-league loss at the Lima Bath Holiday Tournament. Rossford is 4-3.
Julie Hotz led Rossford with 12 points.
Jess Johns, Emily Rahe and Taylor Dackin each scored 11 points to lead Bath.
Rossford plays Bluffton tonight at 6 back at Bath High School .

North Baltimore 67, Vanlue 28
In North Baltimore, the Tigers scored 31 points in the first quarter and led 61-23 through three quarters. NB is 7-2.
Rachel Flores made five 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 23 points and four steals for the Tigers. NB’s Jessica Frost added 11 points.
Savannah Engard l ed Vanlue (1-8) with eight points.

Hopewell-Loudon 61, Northwood 41
In Bascom, Northwood was out-scored 41-18 in the first and fourth quarters in the non-league loss.
Becca Bisbee led the Rangers (3-3) with 16 points while Sandy Koch added 13 points.
Cassandra Holman led Hopewell (6-2) with 22 points.
