Perrysburg's girls golf team opened its season with a 202-229 win over Wapakoneta Friday.
Perrysburg's Monica Dorner was the medalist for the match with a 43. Other Perrysburg scores were: Kendra Wolf, 51; Katie Krieger, 53; Katie Diehl and Madison Williams, 55 each.

GIRLS GOLF
Elmwood 231, Ada 246
At Birch Run in North Baltimore, Elmwood opened with a win over Ada.
The Royals' Savannah Baker was the match medalist with a 52. Other Elmwood scorers were: Sierra Semko, 56; Taylor Carr, 57; and Alexis Miller, 66.

BOYS GOLF
Four county teams
compete at Lakeland
In Fostoria, four Wood County teams competed in the eight-team Lakeland Invitational.
Springfield was the overall winner with a 321. Eastwood was second at 329, Lake was third at 331, Rossford was fourth at 339, and Lakota was sixth at 372.
Eastwood's scorers were: Steve Bruning, 77; David Waynick, 82; Ross Bobcbrader, 84; and David Krukemeyer, 86.
Lake's scorers were: Joe Hansen, 81; Ian Johnson and Jeff Wilson, 82 each; and Michael Kranz, 86.
Rossford's scorers were: Ryan Niese, 78; Mason Robinson, 80; Alex Smith, 87; and Chris Schaffer, 94.
Lakota's scorers were: Makayla Dull, 79; Hunter Chalfin, 95; Nate Ray, 96; and Josh Mason and Aaron Reasor, 102 each.
