Perrysburg's girls improved to 14-3 overall with a 63-41 win over Toledo Bowsher Monday.
Taylor Knight led Perrysburg with 16 points, Sarah Baer contributed 13. Kelsea Newman added 12.
Asia Woodson led the Rebels (5-12) with 25 points.

Rossford tops BG
On Saturday, Rossford handed Bowling Green its first loss of the season, 2,833-2,764, in a non-conference match at Al-Mar Lanes.
The see-saw battle finally tilted for the Bulldogs in the fourth of five Baker-format games as Rossford had a 223 to 134 for the Bobcats.
A trio of Rossford bowlers led the team with Cory Zalesak rolling 214, 408; Stephen Hernandez, 216, 397; and Karl Hermes, 234, 395
Justin Overhulse was high for BG with games of 211 and 213. Cameron Walter added 211 and Tyler Desmond, 203.
Rossford is 10-7 overall, while BG is 9-1.

GIRLS
BG beats Rossford
On Saturday, Bowling Green defeated Rossford, 2,643-2,012, at Al-Mar Lanes, in a non-conference match.
The Bobcats opened an early lead including a 947 in the second game, and never trailed in the match.
Denise Miller led the Bobcat effort with games of 192 and 247 for a 439 total. Kelsey Parker added a 207 game for 373. Alisha Noon had a 196 for 377.
Maria Linthicum was high for Rossford with a 201, 363.
BG (5-2 overall) is tied with Napoleon for the lead in the NLL with a 5-1 record.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Perrysburg defeated Bowling Green, 36-7. Emily Baer, Beth Glowacki, and Taylin Hunter each scored six points to lead Perrysburg.
EIGHTH GRADE
BOYS BASKETBALL
Elmwood defeated Holgate, 40-32 in overtime. Leaders for Elmwood were: Jarrett Childress, Trevor Solether, Derek Sheldon and Philip Buckingham.
BOWLING
In Huron, Bowling Green No. 1, swept all three points from Huron at Riverside Lanes, 2,207-1,454. BG No. 1 is 15-0. Lucas Jenne led BG with a 207 game and 368 total. Gabriella Calderon added 185, 360.
Bowling Green No. 2, won all three points over Starr Lanes No. 2, 1,726-1,592. BG No.2 is now tied for second at 11-4. Austyn Chesser led the BG effort with a 203 game and 365 total.
Bowling Green No. 3 faced the bye team and was credited with three wins to improve to 9-6. Sofia Calderon was high with a 187 game and 352 total.
