Perrysburg topped Anthony Wayne, 5-2, in a Northern Lakes League game Monday.
Gus Dimmerling had two hits for Perrysburg and four other Yellow Jackets each had a hit. Dimmerling was
one of five players to have an RBI.
Mark Delas got the win, allowing five hits, three walks and one earned run while striking out seven.
Perrysburg is 7-1 overall and 3-0 in the NLL. AW is 3-1 in the NLL.

In Perrysburg on Saturday, pinch-runner Zach Zam scored on a throwing error with two outs in the eighth
inning.
Connor Jordan got the win, facing 29 batters in eight innings, allowing three hits and one walk with one
strikeout.

Springfield scored four times in the second and once in the sixth for an NLL win.
Ricky Riggs was 2-for-4 with an run and an RBI for BG, while Jack Schaller was 2-for-3 with an RBI, and
Andy Fisher doubled.

In Millbury, Lake’s Jayce Vancena lost his no-hitter with two outs in the seventh on Noah Asmus’ infield
single in an NBC game.
Vancena finished with a one-hitter, striking out 12 and walking none as Lake improved to 12-2 overall and
2-0 in the NBC.
wConnor Bowen, Anthony Pratt and Brad Ackerman all were 2-for-4 for Lake, and Aaron Witt was 2-for-3.
Witt and Bowen each had an RBI.
Otsego 2, Woodmore 0
In Elmore, Hunter Carson pitched a three-hitter and Otsego scored twice in the first inning en route to
an NBC win.
Carson struck out 10 and walked two.
Trent Soto and Deven Vollmar both singled for Otsego, and Vollmar had two RBI.
Genoa 4, Elmwood 1
In Genoa, the Comets scored twice in the first, and once in the fourth and fifth to improve to 2-0 in the
NBC.
Tyler Stone was 2-for-3 for Elmwood, and Jacob Wise was 2-for-4.
Elmwood is 5-6, 0-2.
Fostoria 5, Eastwood 3
In Fostoria, the Redmen took a 4-0 lead in the first en route to an NBC win.
Richards and Krukemyer each singled twice for Eastwood.
SOFTBALL
Springfield 12, BGHS 9
Springfield scored six times in the second, and added three-run rallies in the fourth and sixth to hand
BG its first NLL loss.
Angie Hoffsis and Reagan Morman each had three singles for BG, while Hanna Williford had two singles and
a double, and Makayla Heinze singled twice.
BG is 10-3 overall and 3-1 in the NLL.

as Elmwood improved to 2-0 in the NBC.
Harvey was 2-for-2 with two runs and Arnold was 1-for-3 with two runs and three RBI.
Also for the Royals, Lindsay George was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Benschoter struck out eight and walked two.
Rossford’s Longeway
pitches no-hitter
In Millbury, Mandi Longeway pitched a no-hitter with five strikeouts and two walks to lead Rossford to an
NBC win.
Margo Jackson was 2-for-3 with a double and RBI for Rossford, while Kelly Swope was 1-for-2 with an RBI.

Lake is 4-6, 1-2.

In Elmore, Woodmore had just two hits, but received 11 walks in its NBC win.
Aubrey Mazey singled twice for Otsego, while Kylie Asmus hit a home run.

Otsego won 13 of 15 events to defeat Woodmore 90-32. Otsego’s winners were: Zion Richardson, 100 (13.3)

Kleman, 200 hurdles (34.9); Hailey Asmus, shot put (31-1); Felicity Jinnings, long jump (13-1); Kenzie
Wilson, high jump (4-8); Ashlynn Digby, pole vault (6-6); the 400 relay team of Maureen Connelly,
Wilson, Kleman and Richardson (55.4; the 800 relay team of Hannah Snyder, Kelly McBride, Connelly and
