Otsego’s softball team had 14 hits Monday on the way to a 13-7 win at Perrysburg.
The Knights scored four times in the first inning and never allowed Perrysburg to tie the game. PHOTO GALLERY
Kylie Asmus singled twice and doubled, and Tayler Bowen singled three times to lead Otsego.
Also for the Knights, Natalie Wright singled and doubled, and Savannah Schwind and Paige Ireland both singled twice.
Asmus pitched a four-hitter, striking out 13 and walking seven.
Four different players singled for Perrysburg.

Clay 9, BGHS 0
In Oregon, Hanna Addy singled twice, and Hanna Williford and Kristi Eikenbery both doubled for BG.

Rossford 4, Northview 1
In Rossford, the Bulldogs took a 4-0 lead in the first three innings to move to 6-2 overall.
Margo Jackson was 2-for-4 with a triple and two runs batted in for Rossford, while winning pitcher Mandi Longeway was 2-for-2 with an RBI.

Lakota 6, Fostoria 3
In Kansas, Lakota scored once in the fifth and twice in the sixth to pull away from a 3-3 tie.
Winning pitcher Morgan Gangwer singled three times for Lakota, while Alaina Bickford singled, doubled and scored three times.

BASEBALL
BGHS 8, Findlay 1
Andy Fisher’s pitching and hitting helped BG run its record to 7-0.
Fisher pitched a two-hitter, striking out 12 and walking none. The Findlay run was unearned.
Fisher was 3-for-3 with a triple and an RBI, while Quinn Donaldson was 3-for-3 with an RBI, and Nolan Dill was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
The teams traded first-inning runs before BG went ahead for good with single runs in the third and fourth, and five runs in the fifth.

Perrysburg 7, Whitmer 4
In Perrysburg, the Yellow Jackets had 14 hits to improve to 3-1.
Perrysburg scored once in the fifth and twice in the sixth to break open a 4-4 game.
Spencer George doubled in Nick Fleming, who had singled, with the tiebreaking run in the fifth. Kyle Durham added a two-run double in the sixth.
Perrysburg’s leading hitters were: Steve Slocum, 2-for-3, run; Austin Lee, 2-for-3, double, triple, run, two RBI; Mark Delas, 2-for-3, two runs, two-run home run; Durham, 3-for-4; Fleming, 2-for-3, two runs.

Lake 7, Northwood 3
Lake 5, Liberty Center 2
In Millbury, Lake improved to 4-1 with two wins Saturday.
In the win over Northwood, the Flyers allowed three hits. Winning pitcher Brad Ackerman was 3-for-3 with an RBI and Spencer Schultz was 1-for-3 with two RBI. Justin Rohrs was 2-for-4 with a double for Northwood.
In the win over Liberty Center, Connor Bowen was 2-for-4 with a double for Lake and Ackerman was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.

BOYS TENNIS
BGHS 4, Fremont Ross 1
Bowling Green swept the singles and added a doubles win Monday to advance in the Ohio Tennis Coaches Association Division I team tournament.
