A three-run seventh inning propelled Otsego’s baseball team to a 10-9 win over Eastwood on Tuesday in a
Northern Buckeye Conference game.
Top hitters for Otsego, 2-9 overall, were: Max Miller, 3-for-4, triple, two runs scored; CJ Selders,
double, two RBI; Zac Gregory, triple, five RBI; Hunter Carson, 2-for-3, double, RBI; Deven Vollmar,
2-for-4, double, RBI.
Perrysburg 12, Clay 3
In Oregon, Perrysburg pounded 13 hits to improve to 8-1 overall.
Nick Fleming went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBI for Perrysburg. Other top hitters were: Zach
Honsberger, two singles; Gus Dimmerling, 2-for-4, RBI; Zack Zam, double, RBI.

In Old Fort, North Baltimore erupted for six runs in the seventh inning en route to its first Midland

In Elmore, Eastwood defeated Elmwood (112-25) and Woodmore (89-45) in an NBC meet.
Woodmore beat Elmwood, 76-55.
Otsego 104, Fostoria 32
In Fostoria, Otsego’s Brandon Avers broke the school record in the 3,200 in an NBC meet.
Avers ran a 9:35, The previous record was 9:48.
Also for Otsego, Cole Gorski won the 100 (11.19), 200 (23.44) and pole vault (13-0).
GIRLS
BGHS 77.5, Springfield 59.5
BG’s Sasha Lanning won the 1,600 (5:43.13) and the 800 (2:35.77), and Maria Horrigan won the long jump
(16-3 1/2 ) and the pole vault (10-3) in an NLL meet.
Eastwood sweeps
In Elmore, Eastwood beat Elmwood (99-38) and Woodmore (91-46) in an NBC meet.
Woodmore beat Elmwood, 73-62.

In Fostoria, Otsego won an NBC meet.
Otsego’s Lauren Wynn won the 200 (28.02), 400 (63.0), and Kim Forshey won the 100 hurdles (18.0) and 300
hurdles (59.02).
