Cody Downs and Cole Gorski led Otsego past Elmwood, 35-14 in a Northern Buckeye Conference game Friday.

Otsego 35, Elmwood 14
In Tontogany, Otsego scored the first five touchdowns to improve to 3-2 overall and 1-1 in the NBC.
Downs was 13-of-22 passing for 186 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for a TD and a 2-point conversion.
Gorski carried the ball nine times for 79 yards and two TDs, and caught six passes for 113 yards and a TD.
Austin Isaacs scored both touchdowns for Elmwood, 2-3, 1-1. He finished with 87 yards on 13 carries.

Lake 63, Woodmore 34
In Elmore, Lake scored 35 points in the second half to help secure the NBC victory
Rettig was 20-of-23 passing for 340 yards and five touchdowns. He also rushed four times for 79 yards and a score.
Rettig’s scoring passes were 23-yards to Adam Duncan; 8-yards to Zak Greenlese; 76- and 69-yards to Todd Walters; and 16-yards to Nick Walsh.
Walters had nine receptions for 189 yards and two scores while teammate Brandon Short had 170 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries. Duncan also scored twice for Lake.
The Flyers finished with 674 total yards of offense, including 334 rushing yards on 42 carries.
Lake is 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the NBC while Woodmore is 3-2, 0-2.

Rossford 55, Fostoria 0
In Fostoria, Cota Sinclair and Dylan Losiewicz each scored two touchdowns as the Bulldogs blanked Fostoria in the NBC game.
Sinclair carried the ball 10 times for 176 yards, scoring on a 3-yard run and a 12-yard pass from Kyle Sherman.
Losiewicz carried the ball nine times for 71 yards, scoring on runs of 4 and 3 yards.
Sherman was 5-of-6 passing for 66 yards and three TDs.
Rossford had 320 yards rushing and five TDs on 41 carries.
Fostoria was limited to 59 total yards.
Rossford is 3-2 overall and 1-1 in the NBC and Fostoria is 0-5, 0-2.

Mohawk 73,
North Baltimore 15
In North Baltimore, Mohawk’s Eric Maskey and Gunnar Johnson each scored four touchdowns in the Midland Athletic League win.
For NB, Levi Newcomer had four receptions for 108 yards, including a 58-yard scoring pass from Lane Bishop.
Mohawk is 1-4 overall and 1-1 in the MAL while North Baltimore is 2-3, 0-2.

Hopewell-Loudon 42,
Lakota 28
In Kansas, Hopewell-Loudon led 27-12 at the half on the way to the MAL victory.
For the Raiders, Jordan Jaso rushed 19 times for 89 yards while Jack Raymond had six receptions for 88 yards. Colin Timmons was 13-of-29 passing for 154 yards.
Hopewell is 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the MAL while Lakota is 3-2, 0-2.

Northwood 28, Gibsonburg 0
In Northwood, Dominik Bermejo rushed for two touchdowns and the Rangers’ defense forced three turnovers in the Toledo Area Athletic Conference shutout.
Bermejo rushed 17 times for 131 yards, scoring on runs of 44 and 10 yards.
Northwood had 300 yards in total offense, including 283 yards on the ground. Gibsonburg was held to 139 yards of total offense.
Northwood is 3-2 overall and 2-0 in the TAAC while Gibsonburg is 2-3, 1-1.

Eastwood beats Lake
In Luckey, Eastwood improved to 12-3 overall and 9-1 in the NBC with a 25-12, 25-15, 25-16 win Thursday over Lake.
Eastwood’s leaders were: Elise Wolff, 10 kills; Jaci Juergens, 30 kills, four kills, three aces; Mackenzie Albright, seven digs; Cassidy Rolf, seven kills, six digs; Sarah Klink, four kills; and Emily Hayward, six kills.
