Northwood won to clinch the outright Toledo Area Athletic Conference football championship Friday, and 15th-ranked Eastwood and Lake both won to finish 8-2 regular seasons.
Northwood was a 69-7 winner over Cardinal Stritch to win its conference title for the third straight season and 11th time in the last 13 seasons.
Eastwood posted a 47-13 victory over Otsego Eastwood/Otsego photo gallery and Lake was a 41-0 winner over Fostoria in Northern Buckeye Conference games.
In other games, it was: Rossford 42, Elmwood 14; Lakota 48, North Baltimore 14; Napoleon 28, Bowling Green 7; and Perrysburg 50, Maumee 7.

Northwood 69,
Cardinal Stritch 7
In Northwood, the Rangers forced six turnovers.
Northwood (8-2 overall, 7-0 TAAC) finished with 350 rushing yards behind Dominik Bermejo’s five carries for 153 yards and three touchdowns. Michael Vallejo added five carries for 92 yards.
Stritch (0-10, 0-7) was held to 128 total yards.
The Rangers also clinched a state playoff berth, thanks to Patrick Henry’s 35-14 loss to Wauseon. Northwood is expected to play at Tinora next Friday.

Eastwood 47, Otsego 13
In Tontogany, Eastwood rushed for 353 yards and five touchdowns to finish 6-1 in the NBC.
Eastwood was led by Devin Snowden, 22 carries for 163 and a touchdown; and Grant Geiser, 10 carries for 91 yards and two touchdowns.
Otsego (4-6, 2-5) passed for 264 yards, led by Cody Downs, who finished 14-of-20 for 242 yards and one touchdown.
Eastwood is expected to finish fourth in its Division V region and host seventh-ranked Coldwater a week from tonight in a first-round playoff game, according to Eagles’ head coach Jerry Rutherford.

Lake 41, Fostoria 0
In Fostoria, Lake gained 433 total yards as it clinched a playoff spot and finished 5-2 in the NBC.
The Flyers rushed for 281 yards, led by Brandon Short, who finished with 12 rushes for 230 yards and two touchdowns.
Lake also passed for 152 yards behind Jared Rettig, who was 8-for-12 for 149 yards and four touchdowns.
Fostoria (0-10, 0-7), was held to 73 total yards.
Lake’s projected playoff game is at Caledonia River Valley in Marion County next Friday.

Rossford 42, Elmwood 14
In Rossford, the Bulldogs totaled 425 yards in their NBC win.
Rossford (6-4, 4-3) passed for 258 yards, led by John Allen, who was 14-of-22 for 249 yards and four touchdowns.
Allen’s favorite target was Dylan Losiewicz, who had four receptions for 121 yards and two touchdowns.
Elmwood (1-9, 1-6) finished with 91 yards on the ground behind Austin Isaacs, who finished with 15 carries for 75 yards and a touchdown.

Lakota 48,
North Baltimore 14,
In Kansas, Lakota rushed for 269 yards to finish 4-6 overall and 1-6 in the Midland Athletic League.
Lakota’s Albert Guerra rushed 17 times for 156 yards.
NB (2-8, 0-7) finished with 53 yards rushing and 155 yards passing.
