|Prep Roundup: Lakota's Dull advances to state golf tournament (10-1-13)|

Makayla Dull is going back to her sport’s showcase event.
The Lakota High School junior qualified for the Division II state high school golf tournament for the third time during the district tournament Monday at Sycamore Springs in Arlington.
Dull was the medalist in the district tournament with a par 72, winning by three strokes. She also was named to the all-district tournament team.
The top three teams and top three individuals not on a qualifying team advanced to the state tournament Oct. 11-12 at Ohio State University.
Dull has fared well at state the last two seasons.
She tied for fifth to earn first-team All-Ohio honors last year after tying for 10th to earn second-team all-state recognition as a freshman.
North Baltimore finished 10th with a 407 total, Elmwood was 13th with 414 and Otsego was 14th with a 442.
NB’s scores were: Rachel Peters, 87; Morgan Rose, 104; Lindsay Davis, Kelcie Bean, both 108; and Olivia Hall, 112.
Elmwood’s scores were: Taylor Carr, 96; Savannah Baker, 97; Sierra Semko, 108; Alexis Miller, 113; and Heather Ickes, 120.
Otsego’s scores were: Emily Myrice, 100; Madeline Asmus, 110; Hannah Davis, 112; Gwen Amborski, 120; and Rachel Murphy, 137.
The team qualifiers for state were: Huron, 339; Milan Edison, 350; and Defiance, 373.
Also qualifying as individuals for state were: Shelby’s Alexis Jones, 75; and Coldwater’s Kelsey Koesters, 77.
Toledo St. Ursula 0
At Perrysburg, Lucy Walton, Lindy DeLong, and Allex Brown, each scored the Yellow Jackets in the nonleague win.
Sarah Baer made two saves for Perrysburg, 8-2-2 overall.
BGHS 8, Bryan 0
Brittany Lowe scored four goals and added two assists in the nonleague win for BG.
Allie Simler added a goal and an assist for BG while Bobbi Spradelin, Tateum Veen and Hope Teggart each had a goal and Kylie Nienow had an assist.
Livvy Dill made one save for BG.
Toledo St. Ursula 5, BG 0
Toledo St. Ursula blanked Bowling Green in the nonleague match.
Junior varsity results
Eastwood beat Liberty-Benton, 6-1. Leaders for Eastwood were: Megan Rolf, two goals; Maddie Wilson, two assists; Dani Bruning, one goal, one assist; and Berkleigh Zura, Allie Bruning, Reagan Boice, one goal each. Alex Brockschmidt made four saves and Kelsie Cancelliere made three for the Eagles.
Junior high results
Eastwood defeated Otsego 25-21, 23-25, 25-23.
Leaders for Eastwood were: Abby Schroeder, 13 assists, three aces; Hannah Hodulik, nine kills, four blocks; Emily Hoodlebrink, 11 assists; and MaKahlen Hiser, six kills, two aces, two blocks.
