Elmwood's girls golf team remained at the top of the race for the Northern Buckeye Conference by winning the third shootout of the season with a score of 197 at Stone Ridge.
Otsego (212) finished second, followed by Eastwood (224), and Rossford (238).
Taylor Carr of Elmwood was the medalist with a 46.
Other scorers for the Royals were: Savannah Baker and Alexis Miller, 49 each; and Sierra Semko, 53.
Scorers for Otsego were: Emily Myrice and Madeline Asmus, 52 each; and Gwen Amborski and Hannah Davis, 54 each.
Scorers for Eastwood were: Jenne Venier, 50; Aubrey Peters, 53; Hannah Cook, 60; and Abbi Sheldrick, 61.
Scorers for Rossford were: Maalaea Newell, 51; Morgan Giovanoli and Alexis Schultz, 62; and Emma Kieper 63.

GIRLS
Perrysburg 177, BGHS 208
At Bowling Green Country Club, Perrysburg's Katie Diehl was the medalist with a 40.
Other scorers for the Yellow Jackets were: Madison Williams, 45; and Sonia Krolak, and Katie Krieger, 48 each.
Scorers for BG were: Charlee Carroll, 44; Drew Peterson, 52; Alisha Noon, 55; and Andrea Cromley, 57.

GOLF
Rossford wins shootout
At Birch Run Golf Course in North Baltimore, Rossford took the third NBC shootout of the season, winning with a 160 total.
Woodmore (164) finished second, followed by Lake (166), Eastwood (168), Genoa (181), Fostoria (186), Otsego (201) and Elmwood (206).
Mason Robinson of Rossford and Ian Johnson of Lake were both medalists shooting a 37 each.
Other scorers for Rossford were: Brian Burks, 39; Jackson Murphree, 41; and Ryan Niese, 43.
Other scorers for Lake were: Lucas Zeh, 42; Dylan Mauder, 43; and Owen Johnson, 44.
Scorers for Eastwood were: Kyle Waynick, 39; Steven Bruning, 41; and Nick Coffman and Matt White, 44 each.
Scorers for Otsego were: Samson Dunmyer, 46; Colin Bigenhoe, 49; Tanner Greenhagen, 52; and Brian Frail, 54.
Scorers for Elmwood were: Nate Ramsey, 43; Trevor Robbins, 44; Evan Houtz, 54; and Collin Bechstein, 65.
Overall standings after three shootouts are: Eastwood in first with 21 points, Rossford and Lake in second with 19, then Woodmore (18), Genoa (13), Elmwood and Fostoria (7), and Otsego (4).

At Birch Run, Brock Bower was NB's leader with a 37.

In Toledo, Notre Dame Academy beat Perrysburg in a nonleague match. The Yellow Jackets are 2-1-1 overall.

BGHS 1, Whitmer 0
Olivia Stimmel scored BG's goal and Livvy Dill made nine saves Saturday.

In Toledo, BG's winners were Erin Graves at second singles and Rachel Miller at third singles Monday .

VOLLEYBALL
Eastwood wins
In Luckey, Eastwood is 6-1 overall after a 19-25, 25-23,25-12, 25-13 nonleague win over Clay.
Leaders for Eastwood were: Jaci Juergens, 30 assists; Elise Wolff, 16 kills; Bre Hoodlebrink, 12 kills; and Mackenzie Albright, 12 digs.

Clay beat Eastwood, 26-24, 25-20.

CROSS COUNTRY
BOYS
At the Archbold Bowling Green finished second. BG's Zach Applegate took first out of 107 with a time of 11:57.
Otsego was fourth at the Rossford Invitational, led by Stone Zimmerman's ninth-place finish.
GIRLS
Bowling Green took fifth overall at the Archbold Invitational. Jenna Castor led the Bobcats with a 17th overall finish and a time of 15:03.
At the Rossford Invitational, Otsego was sixth as Julie Spencer was sixth overall.
VOLLEYBALL
EIGHTH GRADE
Eastwood beat Rossford 25-19, 25-21.
Leaders for the Eagles were: Hannah Hodulik, six aces, four kills; Abby Schroeder, six assists, two kills; and MaKahlen Kiser, five kills.
SEVENTH GRADE
Eastwood remained unbeaten after winning 25-18, 25-15 against Rossford.
Alissa Ray led the Eagles with 12 points, six aces. Other leaders for Eastwood were: Sarah Brown, five points, four aces; and Carleigh Coffield, five points, two aces.
