Elmwood pounded out 11 hits on the way to a 14-2 Northern Buckeye Conference baseball win over Rossford Monday.
Top hitters for Elmwood were: Jake Wise, 3-for-3, two triples; Caleb Reynolds, 2-for-2; and Zach Foster and winning pitcher Zach Irick, both 2-for-3.
Ryan Niese was 2-for-2 for Rossford.
The Royals are 12-13 overall and 6-7 in the NBC.

Northwood 15,

In Northwood, the Rangers posted a run-rule Toledo Area Athletic Conference win Monday, scoring nine times in the first inning.
Top hitters for Northwood were: Nick Russell, 2-for-3, three RBI; Justin Rohrs, 2-for-2, RBI; Jack Romstadt, 2-for-2, two RBI; Jake Davenport, double, two RBI; John Segura, two RBI.
Segura pitched a two-hitter, walking one and striking out one.

Fremont St. Joseph 8
In Fremont, North Baltimore scored nine runs in the fifth to erase a 7-1 deficit.
The Tigers improved to 16-9 overall and 8-1 in the Midland Athletic League.
Sean Watson hit a three-run homer in the fifth for NB.
NB's other top hitters were: Jordan Watson, home run; Tyler Trumbull, two singles, double; Chase Nichols, Dalton Ishmael, both RBI single; Zach Stewart, single, double, RBI.
Jordan Watson held St. Joseph to one run over the final three innings.

In Millbury, Lake had two hits, including a double by Kayla Encalado, in an NBC loss.

In Fremont, St. Joseph scored three times in the seventh for an MAL win.
NB's leading hitters were: Megan Wright, 4-for-5, home run, two RBI; Kelsey Gazarek, 3-for-5; Ricci Emahiser, 4-for-5, double, home run, two RBI; and Jasmine Bretz, home run, two RBI.

North Baltimore 17, Old Fort 9
At North Baltimore, the Tigers downed Old Fort, 17-9 in an MAL game Friday.
NB's top hitters were: Paige Cotterman, two RBI; Cheyenne Hernandez, 2-for-3, three RBI; Bretz, three singles, two RBI; Haleigh Fleck, 2-for-3, two RBI; Wright, 3-for-5, double; Gazarek, two singles, two doubles, five RBI; Courtney Bretz, two singles, RBI; and Emanisher, 3-for-5, triple, RBI.

Junior high results
Bowling Green won its division in the league tournament, beating Evergreen, 14-1 and Lakota, 9-6.
Alex Coppeler was the winning pitcher in both games, pitching a one-hitter against Evergreen and a three-hitter against Lakota.
BG's leading hitters against Evergreen were: Sofia Calderon, three singles, RBI; and Cassidy Yarnell, two singles.
