Eastwood slipped past Elmwood, 25-16, 23-25, 25-18, 25-19 in its Northern Buckeye Conference matchup Thursday.

Jaci Jeurgens led the way for Eastwood with 26 assists, 10 digs and two kills.
Other leaders for Eastwood were: Elise Wolff, 16 kills, seven digs, five aces, two blocks; Mackenzie Albright, 12 digs, four aces; and Cassidy Rolf, 10 digs, five kills.
Elmwood  (3-2, 1-1) was led by Amanda Jones with 39 assists, 10 digs.
Other leaders for the Royals were: Jasmine Marsh, 17 kills, six digs, two aces; Madison Arnold, 15 kills; and Marissa Swavel, 12 digs.

Otsego wins
In Tontogany, Otsego improved to 3-1 overall and 2-0 in the NBC with a 25-22, 25-13, 25-13 win over Genoa.
Otsego’s leaders were: Abby Hesselschwardt, 13 kills; Morgan Smoyer, 12 kills; Lindsey Donald, 14 digs, four aces; Mackenzie Varner, 34 assists; Savannah Schwind, nine digs, three aces.

Rossford wins
In Rossford, the Bulldogs beat Woodmore, 21-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-11.
Mikhala Dunne led Rossford with 33 assists and seven aces.
Other contributors for the Bulldogs were: Julie Hotz, 16 kills, four blocks; Maggie Leahy, 10 kills, six digs; and Karly Durco, nine kills, nine digs, five aces.

Perrysburg sweeps
In Perrysburg, the Yellow Jacket beat Napoleon, 25-10, 25-8, 25-11 in the Northern Lakes League.
Chloe Matuga led the way for Perrysburg with 21 assists, four kills and three aces.
Other leaders for the Yellow Jackets were: Audra Appold, 15 kills, two aces, two blocks; and Shannon Fastnacht, four kills, two blocks.
Perrysburg is 3-1 overall and 2-0 in the league.

AW tops BG
Anthony Wayne beat Bowling Green, 25-20, 25-15, 25-14 in an NLL match.
BG's leaders were: Kendal Glandorff, six kills, one block; Mackenzie Dunn, 20 assists, six digs; and Hanna Williford, 14 digs.

Holgate downs NB
In North Baltimore, Holgate beat NB in a nonleague match, 23-25, 25-21, 25-14, 16-25, 15-13.
NB's leaders were: M. Stewart, 10 digs; J. Rensch, two aces, six digs; M. Schloemp 12 digs, seven kills; D. Buchanan, nine digs; C. Hernandez, seven digs, nine assists; O. Frost, 13 kills, four aces, five digs four solo blocks; M. Ray, six kills, four blocks; and M. Rein, 14 assists, one ace.

Eastwood 4, Rossford 3
Joey Salinas and Eric Withrow each scored a goal and added an assist for Eastwood in an NBC win.
Logan Baugher and Tim Heinzelmann each added a goal for the Eagles and Jake Montag had an assist.

Rossford 3, Wauseon 1
In Wauseon, Greg Nawrocki scored twice and Hector Aquirre added one goal and one assist Tuesday in a non-league win.
Rossford's Todd Kitzler made six saves.

Genoa 4, Lake 1
At Genoa, Lake's goal was scored by Robbie Cruz.
Vince Askins made four saves for the Bulldogs.

Woodmore 4, Otsego 1
In Tontogany, the Knights were unable to record their first win of the season, dropping to 0-2.
Nick Zsidisim scored the only goal for Otsego. While Tony Pasty recorded nine saves.

Eastwood 14, Rossford 0
In Luckey, Maddie Cherry led the Eagles with three goals and two assists.
Other contributors for Eastwood were: Courtney Niswander, two goals, two assists; Reagan Boice, two goals, one assist; and Kaleigh Obrock, two goals.

Lake 2, Genoa 0
In Millbury, Alexis Hansen and Chloe Huston each scored a goal for Lake in the NBC win.
Jordyn Taylor and McKenzie Brittenham each contributed an assist.

Lake wins
At Maumee Bay Golf Course in Oregon, Lake (167) defeated Eastwood (177), Cardinal Stritch (178) and Northwood (218).
Scorers for the Flyers were: Ian Johnson, 40; Michael Kranz, 45; Jeff Wilson, 42; and Owen Johnson, 43.
Eastwood's Kyle Waynick was the medalist with a 39.
Other scorers for the Eagles were: Steven Bruning, 41;  Matt White, 48; and River Redman, 49.
Northwood's scorers were: Dustin Sigurdson, 50; Dylan Makowski and Ryan Schumaker, 54 each; and Shelby Smith, 60.

BGHS 152, Springfield 180
At Stone Ridge Golf Club, Trey Walker was the medalist and leader for BG.
Other scorers for the Bobcats were: Tad McKanna and Aaron Crawford, 39 each; and Phillip Rich and Alex Noble, 40 each.

At Crosswinds Golf Club in Perrysburg, Rossford's scorers were: Maalaea Newell and CeCe Smith, 51 each; Alexis Schultz, 58; and Emma Kieper, 62.

At Tamarac Golf Club in Lima, North Baltimore's scorers were: Morgan Rose and Kelcie Bean, 51 each; Lindsay Davis, 52; and Olivia Hall, 56.

Elmwood wins triangular
At County Acres Golf Course, Elmwood finished with a 207 to beat Tinora (221) and Ayersville (249).
The Royals are 7-1.
Elmwood's scorers were: Sierra Semko, 49; Alexis Miller, 52; and Taylor Carr and Savannah Baker, 53 each.

BOYS
Elmwood wins quadrangular
At North Baltimore, Elmwood took first with 25 points over Van Buren (37), North Baltimore (71) and McComb, did not field a full team.
Josh Mathias finished second overall in 19:36 to lead the Royals.
Elmwood's other scorers were: Chris Goodrich, third at 19:39; Andrew Jasso, fifth at 20:05; and CJ Jenkins, sixth at 20:19.
North Baltimore was led by Tyler Stimmel who finished eighth at 20:52.
Other scorers for the Tigers were: AJ Hotaling, 13th at 21:30; Nathan Flores, 14th at 21:45; Caleb Swope, 19th at 22:55; and Ben Gerdamen, 25th, 25:33.

GIRLS
Elmwood finishes second
Elmwood finished second with 30 points behind Van Buren (28). NB and McComb which did not have full teams.
Elmwood's Emily Tracy finished fourth overall at 23:58.
Other scorers for the Royals were: Madison Sears, fifth at 24:23; Emma Krassow, sixth at 24:35; and Alyssa Clack, seventh at 26:30; and Keli Bradford, eighth, 26:31.
North Baltimore's runners were: Ragean Fleckner, 10th at 27:21; Taylor Grilliot, 11th at 27:45; Megan Ernsberger, 12th at 28:02; and Mariah Leonard, 15th at 28:40.

VOLLEYBALL
Eastwood beat Elmwood, 23-25, 25-19, 25-11. Eastwood's leaders were: Kara Spahn, four aces, two blocks; Carleigh Coffield, three aces, two saves; Pamela Jacobs, three aces, two kills; and Alissa Ray, three aces.
EIGHTH GRADE
VOLLEYBALL
Eastwood defeated Elmwood, 25-23, 25-4. Eastwood's leaders were: Abby Schroeder, seven aces, four assists, one kill; Meghan Melcher, four aces, one kill; Hannah Hodulik, three kills, one block; and Jessica Lang, two aces, one assist.
CROSS COUNTRY
BOYS
In the Eastwood Invitational, big school, blue division, Perrysburg came in second with 71 points and Bowling Green (132) was sixth.
In the small school, red division, Otsego finished first with 46 points. Rossford (106) came in third and Eastwood (150) in seventh.
Perrysburg's Zach Schultz finished second overall in 11:54. Bowling Green's Zach Applegate was fifth in 12:00. Otsego's Sam Berry was 14th in 12:56. Rossford's Jake Pietrasz and Eastwood's Daniel Trombly were 26th in 13:11.
North Baltimore tied Van Buren for first with 35 points. Elmwood (52) finished third. NB's Julian Hagemyer finished first overall in 14:38. Elmwood's Jacob Wilhelm finished seventh in 15:36.
GIRLS
In the Eastwood Invitational, big school, blue division, Bowling Green was third with 96 points and Perrysburg (111) was fourth.
In the small school, red division, Eastwood placed second with 81 points. Rossford (148) came in seventh and Otsego did nnot have a full team.
Perrysburg's Jesse Menke finished 13th overall in 14:09. Eastwood's Sofia Weis was 15th in 14:20. BG's Jenna Castor was 19th in 14:48. Rossford's Emma Boney was 22nd in 15:05. Otsego's Julie Spencer was 34th in 15:30.
